Agents & AI

Dynamic Dropdowns on Agent-Driven Forms Intelligence - Populate Ask User Question dropdowns from live platform data instead of static instruction-driven lists.
  • Choose any object and field as a dynamic source.
  • Support for single-select or multi-select responses.
  • Users can search within long dropdowns to find an option quickly.

Automations

Linked Record Approvals Apps - Remove the need for separate records or workaround templates to get sign off on individual line items in your workflow.
  • Configure Approval templates to run multiple times on a single record, each tied to linked records.
  • Set the tag field in the Approval automation action to target specific approval instances so the automation can loop through line items and handle each independently.

Platform

AI Provider Failover Org Settings - Configure failover providers so traffic automatically reroutes if the primary AI Provider is unreachable and the backup is active.
  • No manual intervention needed during a provider outage.
Organization Model Migration Org Settings - Select any AI model and migrate every usage to a different model in a single action — no need to update each agent and automation individually.
  • All automation actions and agents referencing the source model switch over automatically.
  • Preview every affected automation before confirming the migration.
  • Track progress in Background tasks for large migrations.

Agents & AI

Custom AI Provider Intelligence - Take advantage of model flexibility by connecting any OpenAI-compatible endpoint within AI Services.
  • Use any endpoint URL to connect a custom AI provider.
  • Authenticate via API key or OAuth Client Credentials flow with bearer token.
  • Use the custom provider across Organization agents and automations.
Agent Context Management via Summarization Intelligence - Agents stay responsive and contextually aware across longer, more complex interactions, avoiding barriers to your workflow.
  • When a conversation approaches the model’s token limit, earlier messages are summarized — no user action required.
Voice Agent Authentication Configurability Intelligence - Tailor voice authentication limits and messages to each of your phone agent’s intended functionality.
  • Allow callers to request a new PIN directly during a voice call.
  • Customize the authentication failure message for unrecognized numbers.
  • Callers have 3 attempts to enter their PIN correctly before the call is disconnected.

Platform

External User Re-Authentication Org Settings - Require external users to periodically re-verify their identity via magic link to maintain access to your organization.
  • Set the Session Duration (1 hour, 8 hours, 24 hours, or 72 hours) and Link Validity (5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes) per organization.
  • When a session expires, external users are blocked from the platform and automatically emailed a single-use magic link to restore access.
  • Internal users are unaffected, and group memberships, roles, and data access policies are preserved across re-authentication.
AI Agent Trace Forwarding (OTEL + GenAI) Org Settings - Gain full observability into Elementum AI Agent trace data without leaving your existing monitoring stack.
  • Configure (create, enable/disable, update, delete) OTEL endpoints to forward telemetry traces from Elementum to external observability platforms.
  • Supported authentication types: None, Bearer Token, Basic Auth, and Custom Headers.
  • Test endpoint connections directly within Elementum settings.
  • Assign any combination of org endpoints to individual environments independently.

Experience

Fulfiller In-App Experience Navigation - Elementum’s navigation is now streamlined to show only the items you have permission to access, increasing your focus on the most important tasks.
  • Fulfillers only see navigation items they have access to.
  • Categories are hidden when a user does not have access to view or create any item inside.
  • Permissions are determined within the Object. If the fulfiller has organization permissions, they still see everything in the side navigation.
